Про компанію ТОВ "РЕДМЕД"

ТОВ "РЕДМЕД" - офіційний дистриб’ютор в Україні багатьох іноземних компаній, які займаються виробництвом медичного обладнання та товарів медичного призначення. Компанія була створена групою молодих та досвідчених людей, які працюють у сфері медицини, інженерії та маркетингу. Наша компанія перша вивела на ринок України контейнери для взяття крові торгової марки "RAVIMED" (Польща).
Починаючи з 2016 року, керівництвом компанії було прийнято рішення розширювати асортимент продукції, що імпортується.
У 2017 році були підписані ексклюзивні контракти із виробником вакуумних пробірок "AB MEDICAL" Co. Ltd (Південна Корея) та виробником обладнання для банків крові компанією "VASINI STRUMENTI" SRL (Італія).
З 2018 року було досягнуто домовленостей на умовах ексклюзивної співпраці з виробниками обладнання для банків крові та лабораторних центрифуг "Sigma Laborzentrifugen GmbH" (Німеччина), "Strub GmBH" (Німеччина), "Bioelettronica" (Італія), "Anhui Zhongke Duling Commercial" (Китай).
Після медичної виставки в Дюссельдорфі, за результатами переговорів, були успішно підписані дистриб'юторські угоди з виробником медичного холодильного обладнання "Meling Biology & Medical" (Китай).
Вивчаючи потребу ринку та бажання покупців, було ухвалено рішення скоротити терміни постачання холодильного медичного обладнання за рахунок підписання у 2020 році дистриб’юторського контракту з турецьким виробником OZTAS, ТМ "COOLERMED" (Туреччина). У цьому ж році асортимент нашої продукції поповнився обладнанням для стерилізаційних відділень за рахунок підписання контракту з компанією "SMS Sp. z o.o." (Польща).
2021 року після довгих переговорів, ми успішно підписали дистриб'юторський контракт з одним із провідних виробників широкого асортименту обладнання для банків крові в ЄС німецькою компанією "Lmb Technologie GmbH". Крім того, в цьому ж році ми вирішуємо вкласти зусилля в нові та цікаві напрямки медичної техніки та починаємо працювати з виробниками венозних сканерів "Qualmedi Technology Co." (Китай), "BLZ Technology" (Китай) та лазерних ланцетів "LaMediTech" (Південна Корея).
У 2021 році в Україні приймається багато законів пов'язаних з трансплантологією, і наша компанія, яка працює на ринку суміжної продукції в галузі трансфузіології, ухвалює рішення щодо розширення діяльності та підписує дистриб'юторський контракт з виробником розчинів для перфузії "Carnamedica Sp. z o.o" (Польща).
На початку 2022 року асортимент обладнання для служби крові розширився завдяки співпраці з "Wuhan Jinhong Biotech Development Co., Ltd" (Китай) та "Cryo Life Science Technologies" (Австрія).
Ми не стоїмо на місці, постійно прагнемо розвиватися та збільшувати асортимент продукції. Ретельно стежимо за якістю запропонованих нами товарів та забезпечуємо сервісне обслуговування. У структурі нашої компанії працюють сервісні інженери, які у будь-який час готові допомогти нашим клієнтам.
Вся наша продукція проходить процес сертифікації та ліцензування відповідно до законів України.
За останні кілька років ТОВ "РЕДМЕД" налагодило тісну співпрацю з багатьма вітчизняними благодійними організаціями та міжнародними фондами, такими як Crawm Angens, WHO, USAID, Червоний Хрест та іншими.
Наша компанія постійно бере участь у державних тендерах та успішно виконує взяті на себе зобов’язання.
На сьогоднішній день ми тісно працюємо з усіма центрами крові і займаємо більшу частину ринку контейнерів для крові. ТОВ "РЕДМЕД" є партнером Асоціації Служби крові України.

Our company was founded by a group of young and experienced people working in the fields of medicine, engineering and marketing. Since the late 2000s, our company was the first to introduce blood collection containers of the RAVIMED trademark (Poland) to the Ukrainian market. For 10 years, we have occupied a leading position in the Ukrainian blood container market with a market share of over 60%.
Starting in 2016, the company's management decided to expand the range of imported products and invest all efforts in its own production.
In 2016, we launched our own small-scale production of products necessary for the transport and storage of thermolabile products (thermal bags and thermal containers).
In 2017, we signed exclusive contracts with AB MEDICAL Co. Ltd (Korea), a Korean manufacturer of vacuum tubes, and VASINI STRUMENTI SRL (Italy), a manufacturer of equipment for blood banks.
In 2018, agreements were reached on the terms of exclusive cooperation with Sigma Laborzentrifugen GmbH (Germany), Strub GmBH (Germany), Bioelettronica (Italy), and Anhui Zhongke Duling Commercial (China), manufacturers of equipment for blood banks.
After visiting the medical exhibition in Düsseldorf, the negotiations resulted in the successful signing of exclusive distribution agreements with the manufacturer of refrigeration equipment Meling Biology & Medical (China).
Having studied the market needs and the wishes of our customers, we decided to reduce the delivery time of refrigeration medical equipment by signing a distribution contract with the Turkish manufacturer of refrigeration equipment OZTAS, TM COOLERMED (Turkey) in 2020. Having completed all the certification work, we successfully started active sales at the end of the year.
In addition to the Turkish manufacturer of refrigeration equipment, the company's management decided to expand its range not only with equipment for blood banks, and in the same year 2020, an agreement was signed with the Polish manufacturer of sterilisation equipment SMS Sp. z o.o. (Poland).
In 2021, our company, not forgetting the blood service of Ukraine, after long negotiations, signed a distribution contract with one of the leading manufacturers of equipment for blood banks in the EU, Lmb Technology GmbH (Germany), and launched higher quality and premium products on the market.
Also in 2021, we decided to invest in new and interesting areas of medical equipment and signed three distribution contracts with vein scanner manufacturers Qualmedi Technology Co. (China) and BLZ Technology (China), as well as with South Korean company LaMediTech, thereby offering unique laser lasers to the Ukrainian market.
At the beginning of 2022, the range of equipment for the blood service was expanded through cooperation with Wuhan Jinhong Biotech Development Co., Ltd (China) and Cryo Life Science Technologies (Austria).
Over the past two years, Ukraine has adopted many laws related to human organ transplantation. REDMED LLC has been working in the transfusion market for many years and decided to expand its activities and product range by signing a distribution contract with the manufacturer of perfusion solutions Carnamedica Sp. z o.o. (Poland).
We try not to stop at one place and constantly increase our range of imported products. However, a separate business area is the creation of our own production base and the development of our own product line for the transportation of any thermolabile medical products (vaccines, medicines and blood products).
Over the past few years, our company has established close cooperation with many domestic charitable organisations, international foundations such as Crown Angels, WHO, USAID and others.
Our company regularly participates in government tenders and successfully fulfils its obligations.
We work closely with all blood banks and currently occupy more than 30% of the blood container market.
Our company has a certification department, so all products we import and manufacture are certified in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Today, we have a medical products warehouse in Bila Tserkva, a production facility in Kyiv and two offices.
The total number of employees involved in the sales process is more than 20, and more than 15 in the production process.
Due to the wide range of products, our company has its own service department, which is ready to help our customers at any time.
We have our own vehicle fleet to deliver products and equipment to our customers.
The main goal of the business is to offer modern and reliable equipment for medical institutions in Ukraine that complies with strict European and international quality standards. We provide medical institutions with high-quality medical products at an affordable price through direct deliveries from the manufacturer to the end user.
Our company regularly participates in various exhibitions at the International Medical Forums and Congresses. We are constantly working on expanding the range and improving the quality of the goods and services we offer to meet the needs of our customers in medical equipment and medical supplies to the fullest extent possible.
